UVland has been called into exitence, a place where ultraviolet (UV) photographers meet...

Well, me and my UV shooter friends were wondering how we could bring a bit more life into that UV shooters's scene, so this idea was born, to have a place where we all meet and share and discuss our experiences.... So here it is and I hope a lot will follow...

    Hello Mr. Schmitt,

    As we are more or less colleages (www.worldofwarmth.com) I know there is an as facinating world in UV as there is in infrared. Our collection of infrared images brought me in the direction of the thermoregulating system of plants animals and people. On of the topics which came along is heatstress in plants. I asume there is also an UV-component involved. I would like to start some UV photography as well with a focus on horticulture (tomatoes, cucumber). Could you give me some advice about a "UV starter kit"?
